In-Store Pickup

We encourage our customers to place your order online and choose "In-Store Pickup" as the shipping method. There is no handling or fee charged. You can pick up your order next day (order placed after 4:00 pm) in your provider office.

Shipping

Shipping is a flat rate of $8 within the contiguous US for orders over $45.00. All orders are shipped by UPS Ground or Priority Mail unless specified on your order. 

Orders received Monday - Friday before 3 pm will be shipped the same business day providing all products are in stock. All orders received Friday after 3 pm will be shipped the following Monday.

UPS Next Day and Second Day orders shipped on Friday will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. The earliest they will arrive would be the following Monday or Tuesday respectively. 

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped by Priority Mail. They do not qualify for our flat shipping rate of $8 which only applies to orders shipped within the contiguous US. 




Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with any item purchased from Alevo Nutrition please contact usYou may return it within 15 days of the original purchase date and you will receive a full refund for unopened items in re-sellable conditions 

(*)Please note: Individually sold, single serving items are not returnable. 

  • To return any items, please contact us directly by email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). 
  • Please include your RMA number on the outside of any returned package. 
  • Please include a copy of the original invoice with the return with a brief explanation of the reason for the return. 
  • We must physically receive the return within 15 days of the original purchase date.

(*) Conditions 

No returns, exchanges or credits are accepted on products that have been affected by melting or freezing.When sending back an unopened product for a refund, please make sure to pack items well as we are unable to issue a credit to the payment method if damage occurs during return shipping.Original shipping charges and the return shipping costs are non-refundable.No returns will be accepted without an RMA.

Alevo Nutrition reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements or has been deemed an abuse of our return policy.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@alevonutrition.com and send your item to: 418 W Garden St #201. Pensacola Florida US 32502.
